About the Support Category
This category is used for requesting Support about any RankerPro system. Any user that has an account at RankerPro Systems may use this system. Keep in mind that abusing this category can get your permission to use it removed!
How it works
This system is easy to use. The first thing you want to is create a new topic with the button at the top of this post or at the category. Once your topic is created, the system will give you a pre-set template that you can use to fill out. Once you have finished filling it out, you can just post it. Once posted, any user who wishes to help or a Support Member will help you.
Who can help/reply?
Any user that wishes to help and knows the solution to the problem may help. Keep in mind we also have a Support Team who can also assist with more in depth or development problem. If you abuse the reply system, the permission will be revoked from you.
